About

Built by an operator, not a marketer.

I've been swinging hammers since 2010. Before I ever bought a rental, I'd already spent a decade on jobsites — first as a tradesman, then as a Class B General Contractor licensed in the State of Texas since 2019.

In 2020 I started buying real estate of my own. Today Choice Investors operates a multi-strategy portfolio across Texas: properties we fix and flip, long-term rentals, short-term and mid-term rentals, and co-living houses. We also sell properties on terms — seller finance is one of the most underused tools in real estate, and we use it deliberately to help buyers and sellers who don't fit the traditional bank box.

And because we know what a good deal looks like, we lend on them too. Choice Investors deploys private capital to other Texas investors funding fix and flip projects — with the kind of speed and flexibility a bank can't match.
